Terms and Conditions for Autowork AI - FZCO

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Autowork AI - FZCO (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the autowork.ae website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Services”).

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Autowork provides a range of AI-powered services, including but not limited to:

  • A self-service portal with AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and creative tasks ("Portal Tools").

  • Custom AI solution development, platform creation, and consultancy services ("Custom Projects").

3. User Accounts

To access the Portal Tools, you must register for an account. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Fees and Payment

We offer services on different payment models:

  • Portal Tools: May be offered via a tiered subscription model (e.g., Starter, Business, Premium) or on a pay-per-use basis. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Custom Projects: Billed based on a pre-agreed project fee. A deposit may be required before work commences.

  • Recurring Fees: For custom platforms requiring ongoing maintenance, a monthly subscription fee will apply.

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Intellectual Property: We own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our website, platform, software, underlying AI models, and all related intellectual property rights.

  • Your Content: You are responsible for the content you provide to the Services ("Input"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your Input.

  • Ownership of Output: As between you and Autowork, you own the content generated by the AI in response to your Input ("Output").

  • Our License to Your Content: To operate and improve the Services and our AI models, you grant Autowork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your Input and Output.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that infringes on any third party's rights.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Services.

  • Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. THE OUTPUT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS SOLELY ACCURATE, FACTUAL, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD INDEPENDENTLY VERIFY ALL INFORMATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute, conflict, claim or controversy directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai.
